Lana Crow - In Spirit

 

"In Spirit" is a high-energy, retro-modern anthem the DNA of which is rooted in a literal dream. After waking up with a melodic loop and the cryptic vocal hook "Eeeeeooo" stuck in her head, Lana Crow took the idea to the keyboard. What started as a chill, relaxing concept quickly took on a life of its own, evolving into a floor-filling dance track.

Lana collaborated with producer Tristan Boston curating four signature samples from Tristan’s database to anchor the song's retro-modern texture. The result is a vibrant, "In Spirit" celebration of losing control to find freedom.

Lana Crow is a British singer-songwriter whose music serves as a "musical diary" of resilience, reinvention, and radical honesty. Born in Kazakhstan and classically trained in piano from the age of five, Lana’s path was interrupted early by significant health challenges and a turbulent upbringing. After a long hiatus from music, she rediscovered her voice following a move to the Spanish countryside, where the surrounding nature sparked a creative rebirth.

Following her debut album "I Will" (2024) and her sophomore record "Live It" (2025)—which saw her expand from guitar-pop into moodier, synth-driven indie textures—Lana has solidified her reputation as an artist who translates deep vulnerability into cinematic soundscapes.

On April 5th, Lana will release her third studio album, "In Spirit." This latest body of work marks her most introspective and conceptually ambitious project to date, centered on the realization that our true purpose is learning to live "in spirit", to move past the noise of modern life and return to a place of internal clarity and peace.
